Ramsey is a small farming town in south-central Illinois, about an hour from both St. Louis and Springfield. Take I-70 to Exit 52, then Highway 185 north for 8 miles. The town of 1,100 sits amid rolling prairie farmland and hosts the Fayette County Fair, one of Illinois' oldest county fairs running since 1856.
