Ralston is a tiny farming town of 61 people in west-central Iowa, surrounded by corn and soybean fields. Highway 30 provides the main access, connecting to Carroll 15 miles northeast and continuing west toward Omaha. Arthur N Neu Airport, a small municipal airfield used mainly for agricultural aviation, sits right outside town.
