Rainelle is a small timber town of 1,500 people in West Virginia's Greenbrier County, reached via US Route 60 through scenic mountain valleys. The most common route is from I-64 Exit 175 at Rupert, then 8 miles east on US 60, which continues to White Sulphur Springs and Lewisburg. The town sits at 2,100 feet elevation among forested Appalachian ridges and operates one of West Virginia's last historic band saw mills.
