Radom is a tiny farming community in southern Illinois, accessible via Route 15 which runs right through town. Most visitors arrive from I-64, exiting at Nashville or Centralia before taking local roads west. The area is classic Illinois farmland with corn and soybean fields. Named by Polish settlers in the early 1900s after their hometown in Poland, Radom retains that immigrant heritage despite its small size of just 146 residents.
