Queenstown is a small Eastern Shore town in Queen Anne's County, positioned along US Route 301 about 8 miles south of Centreville. The main route through town is Route 301, which connects north to Baltimore-Washington areas and south toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Most local trips involve short drives to Centreville or other nearby communities, while longer routes typically head west across the Bay Bridge to Annapolis. The town features one of Maryland's oldest continuously operating bank buildings, dating to 1905.
