Quail Ridge is a small residential community in Pasco County, about 30 miles northeast of Tampa. Reach it via US Highway 301 from the north or south, or take I-75 to State Road 52 west, then north on 301. The Tampa North Aero Park Airport sits right next to town, serving general aviation. The community got its name from the bobwhite quail that used to thrive in the local oak hammocks and pine woods.
