Pulaski is a tiny Lawrence County community in western Pennsylvania's farm country, connected by State Route 18 running north-south through the area. Most visitors pass through on their way between New Castle (15 miles south) and the Ohio border, or when accessing Interstate 79 about 20 miles east toward Pittsburgh. The Shenango River winds through the surrounding countryside dotted with 19th-century farmsteads.
