Pulaski is a tiny community of about 200 people in far southern Illinois, just 15 miles from Kentucky. Take Route 37 as the main access road, connecting to I-24 near Vienna (25 miles east) for longer trips or Route 146 west to reach I-57. Most traffic is local commuting to Mound City or Vienna for services. The town sits near where the Ohio and Mississippi rivers meet, one of the Midwest's most historic river junctions.
