Plummer is a small city in northern Idaho's timber country, positioned along US Highway 95 about 40 miles south of Coeur d'Alene. Most drivers reach it via Highway 95 from Spokane (50 miles) or use State Highway 3 for local connections. The city serves as headquarters for the Coeur d'Alene Tribe and hosts their annual summer powwow.
