Pleasant Grove lies in Utah Valley along I-15, about 45 miles south of Salt Lake City between the Wasatch Mountains and Utah Lake. The main access routes are I-15 exits at Pleasant Grove Boulevard or Battle Creek Drive, with State Route 146 running east-west through downtown. American Fork Canyon sits just east of the city, offering quick access to mountain recreation.
