Pisek is a tiny farming town of 91 people in northeastern North Dakota's Walsh County. Located 15 miles southwest of Grafton via County Road 17, it's surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields typical of the Red River Valley. Access is mainly through Highway 17 from Grafton or local roads from Park River. The town's historic wooden grain elevator towers over the prairie, visible for miles across the flat agricultural landscape.
