Pineville is a small mountain town in southern West Virginia that serves as Wyoming County's seat. US Route 52 runs right through town, connecting north to Huntington (60 miles) and south toward Bluefield. From Charleston, take I-64 west to Route 119 south, then Route 52 for about 75 miles of winding mountain roads. The 1906 courthouse sits prominently on a hill above town, visible for miles down the valley.
