Pine Village is a tiny farming town in northwestern Indiana where US Highway 41 cuts straight through the corn and soybean fields. It's about 90 miles northwest of Indianapolis and serves as a quiet stop for travelers heading between Chicago and southern Indiana. The town sits on flat prairie land typical of the Wabash River valley, and you can still see remnants of the old Pennsylvania Railroad that once brought grain trains through town.
