Pilot Point is a small Texas town about 50 miles north of Dallas along US Highway 377. Most visitors arrive via US 377 from Denton (15 miles south) or use FM 455 as a connector to I-35. The town sits on rolling North Texas prairie with hot summers and mild winters. Its restored 1908 Santa Fe Railroad depot serves as a museum and marks the historic rail line that founded the community.
