Pilot Point, AK

Pilot Point is a tiny fishing village of 48 people on Alaska's remote Bristol Bay coast, reachable only by small aircraft since no roads connect it to anywhere. Most visitors fly in from Anchorage or King Salmon to the local airstrip. The village comes alive during salmon season when commercial fishing boats crowd the bay, making it one of Alaska's most isolated yet economically vital fishing communities.
