Phillips is the Price County seat in Wisconsin's Northwoods, population 1,600. Highway 13 runs north-south through town, connecting to Park Falls and Ashland, while Highway 70 heads east to Minocqua and west toward the Twin Cities. The area offers excellent fishing and forest access. Phillips is famous for the Wisconsin Concrete Park, featuring over 200 folk art sculptures created by Fred Smith.
