Pemberton is a tiny farming town of 223 people in south-central Minnesota's Blue Earth County. You'll reach it via County Road 22, with Highway 60 running five miles south as the main regional connector. Most visitors come through on their way to Mankato, about 25 miles northeast, or use the county roads for local farm business. The working red grain elevator in the town park still operates seasonally and serves as a prairie landmark.
