Peaster is a small Parker County community about 45 miles west of Fort Worth via US Highway 180. This route through Weatherford offers an easy drive from the metroplex to rolling Cross Timbers countryside dotted with oak trees and ranches. The restored one-room Peaster School from 1902 serves as a local landmark.
