Pearsall is a small South Texas city about an hour southwest of San Antonio via I-35 and US 173. US Highway 83 runs right through town, connecting it to Uvalde and Crystal City. The 1906 red sandstone courthouse with its working clock tower anchors the downtown square and serves as a landmark visible from miles away across the brush country.
