Pattonsburg is a farming town of 225 people in northwestern Missouri, about 90 miles north of Kansas City via US 69 and Route 6. The area features rolling agricultural land with hot summers and cold winters typical of the continental Midwest. The town hosts an annual Founder's Day celebration that brings the whole community together on Main Street.
