Partridge is a small farming town in south-central Kansas, about 20 miles southeast of Hutchinson via Highway 14. The most common routes include Highway 14 from Hutchinson (25 minutes) and US-50 west to Highway 14 from Wichita (about an hour). Its grain elevator towers over the flat prairie, visible for miles across the surrounding wheat fields.
