Parsons is a small Tennessee River town about 90 miles west of Nashville via I-40 and Highway 641. It's the Decatur County seat, sitting where rolling hills meet the river valley. Most visitors come for Kentucky Lake access, since the Tennessee River forms the town's northern edge. The courthouse square anchors downtown, but the real draw is Kentucky Lake stretching 184 miles upstream.
