Park Falls is a small logging town in Wisconsin's North Woods, surrounded by the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest along the Flambeau River. Highway 13 runs right through downtown, connecting north to Ashland and south to Wisconsin Rapids. Most visitors arrive via I-94 from Milwaukee or Highway 35 from Minneapolis. The 1901 Connor Lumber building downtown still showcases its original pressed tin ceiling.
