Pardeeville is a small Wisconsin city of about 1,700 people located 25 miles northeast of Madison along Highway 22. Most visitors reach it via I-39/90 to Portage, then Highway 22 east for 12 miles. The town sits in Columbia County's rolling farmland along the Fox River, surrounded by the wooded hills typical of Wisconsin's Driftless Area. Its most recognizable landmark is a massive 1917 concrete grain elevator that towers over the downtown and remains visible for miles.
