Palm Valley is a small Texas community near Brownsville in the Rio Grande Valley, home to about 2,100 people. Take US Highway 83 west from Harlingen or northwest from Brownsville to reach it. Valley International Airport is 10 miles southeast. The area keeps its rural feel with citrus groves still lining many roads.
