Overly is a tiny farming community of 10 people in north-central North Dakota, about 15 miles southwest of Bottineau near the Canadian border. Take US 83 north from Minot, then head west on county roads past Bottineau to reach this quiet agricultural settlement. The town consists of just a few farm buildings and grain bins at a gravel road intersection.
