Otway is a tiny Ohio village of 83 people in Scioto County, reached via State Route 348 from Portsmouth (15 miles northeast) or through scenic country roads from the Ohio River valley. Long-distance drivers use US Route 23 from Columbus or US Route 52 from Cincinnati. The village operates one of Ohio's smallest post offices, continuously serving the community since the 1800s.
