Otoe is a farming town of 160 people in southeastern Nebraska, about 50 miles south of Omaha via Highway 50. Most visitors arrive from Nebraska City (15 miles south) or Omaha using Highway 75 to Highway 50. The town's grain elevator towers over the surrounding cornfields and serves as a landmark visible for miles across the prairie.
