Otho is a small farming town of 380 people in north-central Iowa, about 10 miles west of Fort Dodge on Highway 7. The main route connects directly to Fort Dodge for shopping and services, with access to US 20 and US 169 for longer trips. Fort Dodge Regional Airport is nearby for air travel. The town preserves a historic red brick schoolhouse from its early educational days.
