Oswego is a growing suburb 40 miles southwest of Chicago, accessible via US Route 34 and Route 25 along the Fox River. Major routes include Route 34 east to I-88 for Chicago commuters and Route 25 north to Aurora. The historic downtown features the Little White School Museum, an 1859 one-room schoolhouse with original 19th-century desks and teaching materials still intact.
