Osmond is a farming town of 647 people in northeastern Nebraska, about 20 minutes southwest of Norfolk via Highway 35. The area showcases classic Great Plains agriculture with corn and soybean fields stretching in all directions. Visitors can tour one of Nebraska's last preserved one-room schoolhouses, complete with original desks and teaching materials from the early 1900s.
