Orr is a small northern Minnesota town that serves as a jumping-off point for the Boundary Waters wilderness. Located about an hour north of Duluth via Highway 53, it sits along the scenic Echo Trail (County Road 23) that winds through Superior National Forest. The town's 368 residents welcome visitors heading to some of Minnesota's most pristine lake country, including the area around Sigurd Olson's famous Listening Point cabin on nearby Burntside Lake.
