Orme is a tiny Tennessee community of 76 people located 45 miles northwest of Chattanooga on Highway 41. Visitors typically reach it via Interstate 24 to the Monteagle exit, then north on Highway 41 through scenic Cumberland Plateau country. The town sits along the original Dixie Highway, the historic auto route that once carried Midwest travelers to Florida.
