Oregon is a small farming town in northwest Missouri, about 45 miles from Nebraska. Highway 159 runs north-south through town, connecting to Interstate 29 twenty miles east for access to Kansas City or Omaha. As the Holt County seat, Oregon centers around its historic 1883 courthouse with its landmark clock tower that's been keeping time over the town square for over 140 years.
