Oneida is a tiny farming town in northeastern Kansas with 137 residents, located about 12 miles southwest of Seneca via Highway 9. The main access is through US 75 to Sabetha, then west on local roads through agricultural countryside. It's about 90 miles from Kansas City. The historic Oneida Cemetery sits on a hill overlooking the surrounding farmland and contains graves of the area's earliest 1870s settlers.
