Omega is a small farming town in south Georgia's Tift County, easily reached via Exit 63 off Interstate 75 onto Highway 256 West. The town sits about 10 miles southwest of Tifton, connected by US 319 and surrounded by agricultural land and pine forests. Most visitors are passing through on I-75 or conducting local business, though the nearby Henry Tift Myers Airport serves general aviation. The town's restored 1920s general store still operates downtown, selling farm supplies and local honey just as it has for nearly a century.
