Olivette is a small St. Louis County city located 10 miles west of downtown, easily reached via Interstate 170 and US Route 40. The community of 8,600 sits at the intersection of major metro routes, making it a convenient stop between Clayton, University City, and other inner suburbs. Lambert International Airport is 15 miles northwest via I-270. The city is home to Stacy Park Golf Course, an 18-hole public course operating since 1937.
