Olivet is a small college town in south-central Michigan, home to Olivet College since 1844. Take Exit 85 off I-94, or drive Highway 78 south from Lansing for a 25-mile trip through farm country. The red-brick Shipherd Library with its prominent clock tower serves as the town's most recognizable landmark.
