Oldsmar is a small city in Pinellas County, about 15 miles northwest of Tampa along Tampa Bay. Take State Road 580 west from Tampa or US Highway 19 from the north to reach it. The city sits between Tampa International Airport (20 miles southeast) and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (15 miles southwest). Founded in 1916 by Ransom E. Olds, the automotive pioneer named it after himself and his wife Marie.
