Old Green is a small eastern Oklahoma town of 300 people in Adair County, reached mainly via State Highway 51. It's about 15 miles northeast of Stilwell and 70 miles from Tulsa through Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The community sits in rolling hills near the Arkansas border where Oklahoma's plains meet more forested terrain. The town got its name from an original Green family homestead from the 1800s.
