Obetz is a small city of about 7,300 people located 10 miles southeast of Columbus in Franklin County. Take I-270 to Exit 55 (US Route 23) and head south for two miles to reach downtown. The city sits between two airports - John Glenn Columbus International (15 miles northwest) and Rickenbacker International (just southeast). Obetz hosts an annual Zucchini Festival each August where locals compete to grow massive zucchini that can weigh over 100 pounds.
