Oaks is a tiny Clay County community of 156 people just northeast of Kansas City. Take I-35 north from Kansas City, then local roads through suburban Clay County. It's about 45 minutes from Kansas City International Airport via I-29 south to I-35. Despite its small size, Oaks still operates its own post office.
