Oakley is a small farming community of 257 people in central Michigan's Saginaw County, reached via State Route 46 from Saginaw (15 miles northeast) or Bay City (25 miles via M-84 south to M-46 west). The town sits along the former Pere Marquette Railway route, with the old railroad grade still visible cutting through downtown.
