Oak Harbor is a small lakefront city in northwestern Ohio, about 30 miles east of Toledo along Lake Erie's shore. Located where State Routes 163 and 2 intersect, it's easily accessible via SR-2's coastal route or SR-163 from inland areas. The city serves as a gateway to Lake Erie recreation and is home to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, whose massive cooling tower dominates the flat landscape for miles around.
