Oak Forest is a Cook County suburb about 25 miles southwest of Chicago, accessible via I-57 at the Cicero or Kedzie exits. The community of 27,000 sits along the busy commuter corridor connecting Chicago's South Side to the southern suburbs. Route 50 and 159th Street provide additional access through rolling suburban terrain. The city is home to the historic Cascade Drive-In theater, one of the last outdoor movie venues in the Chicago metro area.
