Norway is a small Upper Peninsula city along US-2, about 60 miles west of Escanaba and 5 miles from Iron Mountain. Visitors typically reach it via US-141 from Green Bay or US-2 from either direction. The town sits in mining country surrounded by forests, with Ford Airport 10 miles southeast. The Menominee Range Historical Museum occupies a restored 1890s railroad depot downtown.
