Northport is a tiny border town of 164 people in northeast Washington, just three miles from Canada along the Columbia River. Reach it via scenic State Route 25 north from Kettle Falls, about 90 minutes from Spokane through forested hills and river valleys. The concrete piers of an abandoned railway bridge still span the Columbia River here.
