Northmoor is a tiny Missouri River community of 371 people in Platte County, just north of Kansas City. Take I-29 north from downtown KC or south from KCI Airport (15 miles away). Highway 9 runs east-west through the area. The town operates one of Missouri's smallest post offices in a converted house that serves as an informal community center.
