Northlake is a small city in Denton County, about 35 miles northwest of Dallas via Interstate 35W. Most residents commute south to the DFW metroplex or north to Denton for work and shopping. The city sits near Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport, one of North America's busiest cargo hubs, which has driven significant industrial development in the area.
