North Oaks is an upscale planned community 20 miles north of Minneapolis, accessible via I-35W and Highway 96. This former private club maintains large wooded lots and multiple lakes throughout its rolling terrain. The city still operates under its original 1912 homeowners association structure, where every resident becomes a member of the North Oaks Company.
